That is Owl City, formed in early 2007 by Adam Young in Owatonna, Minnesota. Owl City’s latest release on new label Universal Republic is Ocean Eyes. A delicious collection of sweet uplifting songs that will make you swooooon. This is the kind of music that will turn your entire day and mood around with just a listen. Start with “Fireflies” and keep going. Owl City has built quit a following through MySpace where initial songs and videos were released. Owl City debuted at #27 in the Billboard 200 charts. Now there’s video air time on Vh1 and MTV and also an appearance on the new 90210 soundtrack which features the song “Sunburn.” Owl City is currently on tour.
